Reservations: In order to reserve an apartment a 50% of the rent is required to secure a booking.

Reservations are only confirmed once the charge of the deposit has been processed.
 
We accept MasterCard, Visa and bank transfer. 

Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation), Htsa"a -2010 and Consumer Protection Act, 1981.

The balance is due upon arrival in either cash or credit card.

Cancellations: Deposit less 3% process fee is refundable for a cancellation up to one month before arrival date.

The apartments kitchens are kosher dairy. In addition, the Levant, Wedgewood, and Hildesheimer kitchens are kosher with separate utensils for meat and milk.

Upon completion of contract, rent is to be paid in full to the property owner along with a security deposit of $500 the security deposit may be in cash or credit card number.

Israeli citizens must pay 17% VAT. This tax is additional to the total cost of the reservation.

Check out time is 10am, Check in time after 4pm. We are happy to accommodate other times when possible. After hour arrivals need to be booked in advance.

Please be aware that smoking is strictly prohibited in all our apartments and residential buildings.

Our apartments are located in residential buildings. Please be mindful of the neighbours and avoid knocking on the neighbours’ doors or making noise in the hallway especially during night time.
